Sun Dried Tomatoes, Dried & Diced

I tossed a handful into my lentil stew and they softened beautifully, keeping that slightly chewy texture instead of turning to mush. The mincing is consistent, so no awkward big chunks.

The dice is perfect for tossing straight into a pot of chili without any soaking or prep work. I added a handful to a slow-cooked stew and they plumped up nicely, keeping that lovely chewy bite throughout.

The mince is so fine and even that I could sprinkle it right into my pasta sauce without any extra chopping. Added a deep, sweet tomato richness to my chicken stew that really made the dish.
