I’ve been adding these whole cloves to my chai and the floral, slightly sweet aroma is just right. They’re firm and unbroken, which I appreciate. Perfect for slow simmering in curries too.

The buds are surprisingly plump and aromatic—much more potent than the jar I bought last time. I like tossing a few into my chai while it steeps, and the flavor comes through beautifully.
