Category: Peppercorns

Green and Pink Peppercorn Blend is also called the Christmas Blend. Pink Peppercorns are not true Peppercorns, but are the dried fruit of the Baies Rose Plant. The flavor of Green Peppercorns is milder than Black Peppercorns, and slightly sweet.

Use the Green and Pink Peppercorn Blend in your favorite vinaigrette or salad dressing recipe. Coarsely grind this peppercorn blend and roll Pork Tenderloin or Filet Mignon in it before roasting or grilling.

Robert ★★★★★

I love how the green peppercorns bring a mild, almost grassy heat that doesn't overpower dishes, while the pink ones add a subtle fruity pop. It's become my go-to for finishing steaks and roasted veggies.

William J. ★★★★★

The dried fruit of the Baies Rose Plant gives these pink peppercorns a subtly sweet, floral pop that pairs perfectly with the milder green ones. I’ve been sprinkling this Christmas Blend over everything from salads to roasted vegetables for a gentle, festive kick.

Abigail ★★★★★

I love using this blend on roasted chicken—the green peppercorns have a milder, almost grassy kick that pairs perfectly with the pink ones' fruity sweetness, and the whole mix adds a festive look to the plate.
