Category: Peppercorns

Green Peppercorns come from the same plant as black peppercorns, but are picked before they are fully mature. The resulting peppercorn has a unique flavor that is milder, fresher and smoother than black pepper but still zesty. Green Peppercorns pair well with seafood and poultry. Use them in your tabletop peppermill instead of Black Peppercorns for an unexpected, but delicious, twist!

For a more complex flavor, we suggest our Green and Pink Peppercorn Blend. The heat of the Green Peppercorn steps up the sweet flavor of the Pink Peppercorn and the pair is perfect for vinaigrettes and grilling.

Timothy ★★★★★

These green peppercorns are noticeably milder and fresher than the black ones I usually grab, with a smoother kick that doesn't overpower a dish. I tossed a spoonful into a simple cream sauce and the bright, almost herbal note came through beautifully. Definitely my new go-to for when I want pepper

David ★★★★★

I used these in a Thai green curry and the milder, fresher flavor really came through without overpowering the dish. They're softer than dried black peppercorns too, which makes them easy to crush by hand.

Joshua E. ★★★★★

These little green berries have such a bright, almost grassy note that black pepper just doesn't have. I've been crushing them over everything from eggs to roasted veggies, and that smooth, gentle heat is exactly what my morning routine needed.
