The bag arrived sealed tight and the seeds are uniformly pale white, just as the description says. They toast up beautifully in a dry pan, releasing that sweet, nutty aroma that makes my homemade salads and noodle dishes taste so much richer.

I've been sprinkling these into stir-fries and even on top of avocado toast, and that rich, nutty sweetness really comes through. The seeds are flat and tiny, so they toast up evenly in about two minutes without burning.

The natural sweetness of these sesame seeds really shines when I toast them lightly for salads. I used them in a stir-fry last night and the nutty flavor was perfect. Definitely a staple in my kitchen now.
