Clavos Molidos

Just a pinch of this ground clove completely transformed my gingerbread—the warm, aromatic undertone was noticeably richer than with whole cloves I've crushed myself. The fine grind also meant it blended perfectly into the batter without any gritty bits.

I was roasting a beef stew last night and added two teaspoons of these cloves halfway through—the warmth it gave the broth was incredible without being overpowering. They’ve also been perfect in my evening gingerbread, adding that deep, spicy undertone I’ve been chasing.

The aroma hit me right when I opened the bag—deep and warm, perfect for the gingerbread I'm baking this weekend. It blended into the beef stew without being overpowering, which is exactly what I wanted. Really pleased with how fresh this ground clove is.
