Sempio 韓式辣椒醬

I've been using this in my bibimbap and it adds that perfect depth of savory heat without being overpowering. The sweetness balances the spice just right for a rich, complex flavor.

The sun-dried chilies really come through in the depth of flavor here—it’s savory with a gentle sweetness that doesn’t overpower. I’ve been spooning it into stir-fries and marinades all week, and it gives everything that rich Korean kick I was missing.

The heat builds nicely after a few bites, and that sun-dried chili depth really comes through in stews. It's a touch saltier than I'd like for straight dipping, but mixed into sauces it's spot on.
