乾燥黑加侖

I added a handful to my roasted cauliflower with yogurt and the sweet-tangy pop was just what the dish needed. They're surprisingly plump and moist compared to other dried currants I've tried.

These little currants are the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and they added such a nice burst of flavor to my roasted vegetables. I love that they’re packed with nutrition too, makes me feel good about using them in my cooking.

I’d been hunting for currants that actually taste like currants, not raisins, and these hit that sweet-tangy balance perfectly. Tossed a handful into roasted cauliflower with walnuts and yogurt, and the whole dish came together.
