Good Hair Day 義大利麵

I was pleasantly surprised by the texture of this pasta—it has a wonderful bite that holds onto sauce perfectly. The packaging is charming, but the real star is how well it cooks for a quick weeknight dinner.

The packaging alone made me smile—those fashion-inspired designs are way too pretty to toss in the recycling bin. But the real star is the pasta itself; each shape holds sauce like it was made for it.

I cooked the fusilli last night and was amazed at how well it held its texture, even after a few minutes past the recommended time. The shapes really do trap the sauce beautifully, just like real Italian pasta should.
