Sprinkled some on grilled shrimp last night and the lime flavor was bright without being overpowering. It also worked perfectly in the margarita mix, not just as a rim salt. Definitely a new staple in my kitchen.

The margarita rim is where this really shines—the lime hits before the salt and it's incredibly bright. I also threw some on sautéed zucchini last night and it gave the whole dish a fresh pop. The crystals are fine enough to dissolve quickly, which I love.
