I rubbed it on a ribeye before grilling and the espresso came through just enough to deepen the char without overpowering the meat. That fine grind means you don't get gritty crunch, just a smooth, smoky finish that lingers nicely.

The grind is fine enough that it melts right into the crust, and the coffee bitterness cuts the salt's punch perfectly on grilled chicken. Even my dad, who hates flavored salts, asked what I'd used.

Put a pinch on my ribeye before searing and the coffee notes came through smoky and deep without masking the beef. Works great as a finishing salt too, the texture is coarse enough to get a little crunch. Already thinking about what else I can throw it on.
