These flakes dissolve almost instantly on food, which makes it perfect for last-minute seasoning. The mineral taste is noticeably deeper and cleaner than the standard table salt I used to buy.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and crisp the flavor is—it dissolves instantly on food without that harsh chemical taste. The lack of anti-caking agents makes a real difference in both texture and taste.

The texture of these flakes is just right — they're light and airy, so you don’t need much to get a perfect salty finish. I’ve been using it on roasted vegetables and it really brings out the natural sweetness.
