I’ve been refilling my tabletop grinder with this mix for two weeks now, and the spicy-but-not-sharp kick works perfectly on eggs and roasted veggies. The pink and green ones add a nice visual pop too.

I use the green and pink ones the most — they pop in the grinder and give a fresher kick to salads. The mix is spicy but not overwhelming, which makes it my go-to for everyday cooking.

Tellicherry and white give it that classic kick, but the pink ones sneak in a subtle sweetness that makes it feel more rounded than my old single-variety pepper. Spicy without that harsh bite, so it's become my go-to for the table grinder.
