Tuxedo 胡椒混合香料

I was skeptical about mixing my own peppercorns, but the combination of Tellicherry and white here nails that sharp kick without being overwhelming. The blend grinds up evenly, which makes a real difference on a steak.

The white peppercorns give it that sharp bite while the Tellicherry adds warmth—perfect for when I want one grinder on the table instead of juggling two. The blend grinds evenly and the heat lingers just enough to notice without overpowering a roast chicken.

I love how the mix of Tellicherry and white peppercorns gives each dish a sharp, spicy kick without being overwhelming. It’s become my go-to for everything from steaks to roasted vegetables.
