マイクロプレーン Vスライサー マンドリン

I've been using this slicer for a few weeks now, and the V-blade design actually makes cutting vegetables feel safer than my old mandoline, plus it handles potatoes like butter.

Finally a mandoline that doesn't make me dread prepping veggies. The blade is so sharp it glides through a bell pepper in one pass, and the V-shape keeps everything perfectly even without slipping. Cleanup is quick too, which is a huge win for me.

The V-blade cuts through tomatoes without crushing them, which is the first mandoline I've owned that actually does that. It's sharp enough that I only need one quick pass, and cleanup is a breeze since the blade stays put.
