The chocolate notes really come through when I mix it with olive oil for chicken thighs—adds a rich depth. I've been using it in a slow-cooked mole sauce too, and it's perfect for that traditional earthy kick.

I used it as a dry rub on pork shoulder before slow-cooking, and the deep earthy flavor with that subtle chocolate finish was incredible. It’s so easy to just mix with olive oil for a quick chicken marinade.

That chocolate note is no joke—it rounds out the heat in a way that makes the whole kitchen smell incredible. I tossed a few spoonfuls with olive oil over chicken thighs and the crust alone was worth the buy.
