$2.11 ~~$3.25~~ In stock

I was skeptical about cinnamon in a BBQ rub, but it gives the meat a sweetness that pairs perfectly with the garlic and onion. The allspice really rounds it out for a smoky, island feel I didn't expect.

The cinnamon and allspice come through just enough to make the rub feel special without overpowering the meat. I used it on chicken thighs and the sweet-smoky crust was gone by the end of the meal. Definitely my go-to for a backyard cookout now.

The cinnamon and allspice in this blend caught me off guard, but in the best way. It gave my chicken a smoky, slightly sweet depth that my family couldn't stop talking about. I'll definitely be using this for my next backyard cookout.
