I used this salt on the rim of my weekend Bloody Mary and the applewood smoke really comes through in a great way. The heat level is just right without overpowering everything else.

I used this on my morning Bloody Mary and the subtle heat from the lava salt really balances out the smoky finish. Much better than plain celery salt—perfect for brunch cocktails.
