I’ve used it twice since it arrived, once for gnocchi and once for mashed potatoes, and the basket yields a super fluffy texture every time. The handles feel sturdy enough to press through a full batch without any strain.

The lever mechanism gives you a ton of leverage, so even dense potato chunks go through smoothly without needing to pre-boil them. It’s sturdy enough that I feel like it will last for years of gnocchi and mashed potato making.

Used this in the gnocchi workshop and it handled the potatoes perfectly, the holes are fine enough for that really smooth texture. The handle felt sturdy even when pressing a full batch, no bending or strain. Cleaned up fast with just a rinse, which I genuinely didn't expect.
