The coarse grind really clings to the meat, so every bite of the pork loin had that peppery, aromatic crust. I’ve used it on roasted beef too, and the coriander comes through without overpowering anything. Already reached for it twice this week.

The garlic and coriander blend gives such a rich, smoky aroma while cooking that my whole kitchen smelled like a deli. It made a beef roast incredibly flavorful without being too salty. I’m already planning to use it on pork cutlets next.
