NOLA Pepper Blend

Tried it on grilled chicken last weekend, and the spicy, savory kick was perfect without overpowering the meat. Already thinking about using it in my next gumbo.

The kick on this blend is exactly what my gumbo needed, and it held up through a long simmer without fading. I've already sprinkled it on chicken and a pot of red beans, and the savory-spicy balance works across everything.
