Baked a loaf of bread with this pecan meal and the texture came out perfect—moist but not dense. It's gluten-free, which works great for my family, and the nutty flavor really shines through.

Used it as a coating for chicken last night and it crisped up beautifully with a rich, nutty crust. The fine grind really clings well and the fact that it's gluten-free means I can share it with my celiac friend. This will be a staple in my pantry for sure.

The texture is finer than standard almond flour I've used, so it blends into muffin batter without any grittiness. Worked great as a gluten-free breading for chicken too, though I wish the bag had a resealable top since it spills easily.
