Panola 辣甜墨西哥辣椒

These are fantastic sliced over a grilled bratwurst—the sweetness mellows the heat just enough to keep it interesting. The crunch is really satisfying, too.

I love how the sweet hits first and then the spice sneaks up on you, so they work great on a cheese board without overpowering everything else. They also kept their crunch after a few days in the fridge, which was a nice surprise.

The heat builds just enough to make you notice, but the sweetness keeps every bite balanced. I've been piling them on turkey sandwiches all week and the crunch is fantastic. Even plain on a cheese board they're a crowd-pleaser.
