Grinning Jupiter Jammery 辣椒果凍

The sweetness of this jelly hits first, then the pepper warmth sneaks up nicely. I've been spooning it over grilled pork chops and it's incredible.

I used this pepper jelly on cream cheese for a quick appetizer, and the balance of sweet and heat was spot-on. It’s way more flavorful than store-bought versions I’ve tried, and the jar was gone in two days.

The texture is just right—not too runny, not too stiff—and that sweetness hits before the heat creeps in. I’ve been putting it on everything from crackers to pork chops.
