Epicurean 斜角餐具

I bought these to replace my old scratched-up spatulas, and the beveled edges are a game changer for flipping eggs without tearing them. The 3/8-inch thickness gives them a nice, solid feel in the hand, and they’ve held up perfectly through multiple dishwasher cycles.

I was worried metal utensils would scratch my pans, but these don't at all. The extra thick handles feel sturdy and the deep bowls hold a generous amount of sauce.

The beveled edges really help scoop up every last bit of sauce, and the handle feels solid even when my hands are greasy. I tossed them in the dishwasher after a messy meal and they came out spotless with no warping.
