I used a few sprigs in my cassoulet yesterday and the depth of flavor was incredible, much better than any dried packet I've tried before. The herbs are clearly fresh and aromatic right out of the bag.

Tossed a generous bundle into my beef stew last Sunday and the house smelled incredible for hours. The blend held up beautifully through the long simmer, and the stock came out so much deeper and richer than my usual plain herbs. This is going to be a permanent staple in my slow-cooker rotation.

This stuff is so much more convenient than tying up fresh herbs—the flavor in my beef stew was deep and savory without any work. I’ll definitely be keeping a jar on hand for cassoulet season.
