Michael ★★★★★

I was nervous about sharing a station, but working alongside another guest actually made the class more fun—we split the soup-making tasks easily. The Chef’s guidance on turning soup into a full meal with sides was practical and delicious. Definitely worth the $110 for the hands-on experience.

I was skeptical about soup being a full meal, but Chef's demonstration of layering flavors in the same pot totally changed my mind. Learning how to turn a simple broth into something hearty enough for dinner was honestly the best takeaway.

Robert ★★★★★

Chef really knows how to make soup the star of the meal — we worked in pairs at our station and made a dish for the whole group, which felt way more fun than a standard class. I was surprised how much technique goes into turning soup into a side dish. Already signed up for another session.
