Timothy C. ★★★★★

Went in expecting a demo but we were actually cooking at our own station right away, and sharing ingredients with a stranger made it feel more like a real New Orleans kitchen. The group meal at the end was the payoff—everyone's dish came together perfectly. Money well spent for a solo traveler wanti

Ava ★★★★★

I was amazed how hands-on the class was—we actually prepped a full gumbo from scratch at our shared station. The chef’s tips on balancing the spices made the dish taste like the real thing. My partner and I left with new skills and full bellies.

Grace ★★★★★

I was worried I wouldn’t know what to do, but the instructor made the roux step so clear, and sharing a station with another guest actually made it more fun. The group meal at the end was delicious, definitely worth the $110.
