The shared station setup turned out to be a great icebreaker, and we were both hands-on with the group meal from start to finish. For $110 per person, you get a solid evening of actual cooking, not just watching, and the ski-town vibe made it feel like a proper pre-trip ritual.

Grace R. ★★★★★

We booked this class before a ski trip and it was the perfect warm-up activity. The instructor made the group dish feel approachable, and I was surprised how much we learned about timing a multi-course meal. My partner and I left feeling genuinely ready to host a dinner party.

The shared station setup actually made the class more fun—you're paired with a stranger but by the end you're plating together like old friends. My knife skills got a real workout and the group meal we all cooked came together surprisingly smoothly.
