I love that this mix includes allspice along with the usual suspects—it adds a warm, slightly sweet note that brightens up my stir-fries. The variety keeps meals interesting and I've been reaching for it constantly since I bought it.

The pop of Szechuan in this seven-pepper mix is the star — it hits your tongue right after the floral pink and green ones fade. I've been using it in my pepper grinder for everything from eggs to steak, and it's easily the most interesting jar in my cabinet right now.

I love having all these different peppercorns in one jar—it makes seasoning so much easier and the allspice adds a subtle warmth I wasn’t expecting. The pink and green ones also add a nice pop of color to the dish.
