ゴブルゴブルブレンド

The chile kick in this blend is just enough to wake up the whole dish without overpowering the herbs. I sprinkled it over roasted root vegetables and the onion and garlic base made the whole kitchen smell like a proper holiday feast. Already planning to use it on chicken next week.

I was skeptical about using a holiday blend for weeknight dinners, but this one’s got such a balanced kick from the chiles that I’ve been tossing it on roasted potatoes and chicken thighs all month. The onion and garlic come through without overpowering the herbs, so it works even in a simple butter

I rubbed this blend on a turkey breast before roasting, and the combination of garlic and chiles gave it a warmth that was still familiar for the table. The herb notes came through without being overpowering. A solid new go-to for poultry.
