Used this on my Thanksgiving turkey and the maple-mustard crust caramelized beautifully, giving the skin a sweet-savory crunch that had everyone asking what I did differently. The garlic comes through just enough to keep it from being too sweet. Already bought a second jar for the Christmas ham.

Rubbed this on a pork chop before grilling and the maple-mustard combo caramelized beautifully, adding a sweet-savory crust. It's also going to be my go-to for the Thanksgiving turkey this year since the garlic cuts through the richness perfectly.

I was a bit skeptical about maple and garlic together, but this rub made the most incredible roast chicken I've had in ages. The mustard undertone really balances the sweetness perfectly, and it caramelized beautifully on the skin. Definitely stocking up for my holiday turkey this year.
