Mini rayon de miel pur du Sud

The comb itself has a lovely chewy texture and the honey underneath is incredibly smooth without that artificial sweetness. I've been adding a small piece to my morning toast and it completely elevates the flavor. Perfect for someone wanting to try raw honeycomb without committing to a huge jar.

I was honestly surprised by how rich the flavor is—every little piece of that raw honeycomb adds a nice chewy texture. The miniature size is just right for someone like me who wants to try something new without committing to a huge jar.

The jars arrived intact, and the comb holds its shape beautifully when you bite into it. I love that it’s a modest size, so I can savor a small piece with toast without it going to waste. The syrup around it is thick and genuinely unprocessed, exactly what I hoped for.
