Sprinkled it on roasted carrots and potatoes last night, and the whole kitchen smelled incredible. The garlic comes through without overpowering the rosemary, which made the vegetables taste almost candied.

The rosemary and garlic hit just right on roasted carrots and parsnips, and the spice mix didn’t overpower the fish I tried it on either. This jar’s going to be a kitchen staple for me.

I roasted a whole chicken with this blend rubbed under the skin and the floral rosemary with savory garlic really came through. It also worked great tossed with some carrots and parsnips, which soaked up all the flavor.
