瑪卡粉

Stirred a spoonful into my post-workout smoothie and felt a steady energy boost that didn't fade into jitters. The powder blends in completely, no weird aftertaste. This adaptogenic root really does help with that midday slump.

I’ve been adding a teaspoon to my morning smoothie for two weeks now, and the steady, calm energy it gives me lasts well past lunch instead of the usual caffeine crash. The powder mixes in without any gritty clumps, which makes it easy to stick with daily. Feels like my stress levels have evened out

The fine powder dissolves completely in my morning smoothie without any chalky texture. I’ve felt a steady boost in my afternoon energy levels since starting it last week.
