Sweet molasses meets smoky lapsang souchong black tea in this completely unique blend. Fennel, rosemary, black pepper and the crunch of sesame seeds round out the flavor profile.

Lapsang Souchong is a strong black tea that is smoked over a wood fire and then allowed to slightly ferment. This blend is an excellent choice for game and gamey meats. Duck, venison, elk and quail - they all benefit from a strong, deeply flavored spice blend.

Ingredients: Molasses, salt, Lapsong Souchong tea, demerara sugar, sesame seeds, paprika, garlic, black pepper, fennel, rosemary and marjoram.

Grace Y. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about the sesame seeds, but they add a nice crunch that balances the deep molasses and smoky tea. This blend made my grilled chicken taste incredibly complex, almost like it was marinated for hours.

Miles ★★★★★

The sesame seeds add such a nice crunch against the smoky tea base. I used it as a dry rub on pork chops and the flavor was incredible, with the fennel and rosemary coming through perfectly.

Lily W. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about tea on grilled meat, but the smoky lapsang souchong paired with fennel and sesame creates a rub that's genuinely unexpected and delicious. Even my picky dad asked for the recipe.
