King Arthur Round Loaf Lifter

King Arthur Baking Company Round Loaf Lifter is perfect for Dutch Ovens. This reusable nonstick silicone lifter makes it easy to remove finished bread loaves cleanly from Dutch ovens. Ideal for everyday bread baking, artisan loaves, enriched doughs, and holiday breads. This loaf lifter is a reusable alternative to parchment paper for cost-savings.

Made from European-grade silicone reinforced with natural glass fibers and sealed edges. This loaf lifter is strong, durable, and flexible for easy loaf removal. It's heat safe to 500°F. 

This flexible lifter supports round loaves during rising and baking; place lifter in Dutch oven with tabs positioned over the sides. Add shaped dough for the second rise, place the lid with the lifter tabs out, and bake. Lift finished loaf by the tabs for smooth, clean release.
