Champagne Pear White Balsamic Vinegar is one of our personal favorites and by far our top seller. As with most of our vinegars, this one has a great flavor for all of your special occasions. Use our Champagne Pear White Balsamic Vinegar as the main ingredient in salad dressings, meat marinades or bread dipping sauces. 

Like traditional balsamic vinegar, white balsamic vinegar starts with grape must, which is freshly crushed grape juice that includes the skins, seeds and stems of the grapes. White balsamic vinegar is made using a process that preserves the light color and delicate flavors of white grapes, resulting in a versatile vinegar that has so many possibilities.

Use it with Louisiana Sweet Strawberry Pepper Jelly to make your own vinaigrette! Combine it with our Balsamic Chicken and Fish Rub to make a marinade for chicken or pork tenderloin.
