Tried it on grilled chicken last weekend, and the spicy, savory kick was perfect without overpowering the meat. Already thinking about using it in my next gumbo.

The kick on this blend is exactly what my gumbo needed, and it held up through a long simmer without fading. I've already sprinkled it on chicken and a pot of red beans, and the savory-spicy balance works across everything.

I used it on grilled shrimp last night and the smoky, savory heat was perfect without overpowering the seafood. Definitely going to try it in my next batch of gumbo.
