I swapped this into my coffee instead of regular sugar and the maple flavor comes through beautifully without being overpowering. Knowing there’s nothing artificial in it makes the sweetness taste cleaner, and it dissolves just as easily as white sugar.

The texture is finer than granulated sugar, so it dissolves instantly in my tea. It gives a subtle maple warmth that artificial syrups just can't match. My only issue is I wish the bag were a bit larger for the price.
