アンクル・パッツ ガンボミックス

That 6.8 oz box made a full half gallon for our Sunday dinner—took just 45 minutes and tasted like it had simmered all day.

Boiling this up before work felt almost too easy—a half gallon of rich, Louisiana-style gumbo ready in under an hour with the 6.8-ounce packet doing all the heavy lifting. The seasoning hit that deep, savory note I've been craving since my last trip south. Will definitely keep a backup in the pantry

The half-gallon yield is spot on—my whole family got fed with leftovers for lunch the next day. It’s thicker and richer than I expected from a boxed mix, though I did add a bit more water than called for.
