サリエットブレンド

This blend nailed the allium trio—the shallot gives it a sweetness that balances the roasted garlic and onion perfectly. I’ve been shaking it onto roasted potatoes and even plain scrambled eggs, and everything tastes like a proper Cajun kitchen.

The roasted garlic really stands out in this blend—it's not just heat, there's actual depth from the onion and shallot. I used it on grilled chicken and the allium flavor was incredible.

I've been sprinkling this on roasted vegetables and even into my scrambled eggs, and the roasted shallot and garlic together give everything a deep, savory kick that plain onion powder just can't match. The allium combo is seriously well-balanced, not too sharp or overpowering.
