ハニージンジャーライトバルサミコ酢

The ginger kick pairs beautifully with the honey sweetness, and it’s thin enough to pour right over my salad without needing a dressing bottle. Mixed with feta and greens, it’s become my go-to quick lunch.

I’ve been drizzling this over spinach with crumbled feta, and the honey-ginger sweetness is just the right balance—not too sharp, not too sticky. The vinegar pours easily and coats the greens without separating, which makes my weekday salads feel a lot more special.

The pour spout works exactly as it should—no drips down the bottle, which I appreciate. Mixed it with some feta over baby spinach and the honey-ginger sweetness carried the whole salad without needing extra dressing.
