I used this in my slow-cooker beef stew last night and the depth of flavor was fantastic. The white pepper adds just the right warmth without being too spicy, and the herbs smelled so fresh out of the jar.

The white pepper really comes through and adds that warm richness my beef stew was missing. I threw a spoonful into a batch of braised short ribs and the depth of flavor was noticeably better than with my usual dried herbs. This jar is already earning its spot on my shelf.

I've been using this in my slow-cooker beef stew and the white pepper really adds depth without being overpowering. The blend is so well-balanced I don't need to add much else for flavor.
