I’ve used it as a dry rub on ribs twice now, and the bacon-like smokiness clings to the meat without overpowering it. Even my picky brother asked what I’d changed, so it’s earned a permanent spot next to my grill.

That sweet smoky flavor comes through exactly like bacon, and it’s made my burger patties taste incredible. I just sprinkled it into the meat before shaping and the whole batch disappeared at dinner.

I rubbed this on a rack of ribs before smoking them, and the sweet smoky flavor was exactly what I was hoping for. It gave the meat a nice, subtle bacon-like taste without being overpowering. Definitely my new go-to for grilling.
