Made a big batch of chicken stock this weekend and this cloth handled the strain like a champ, no sediment slipping through at all. I even used a piece to bundle herbs for the pot, and it held together perfectly. Exactly what I needed for weekly stock duty.

Tied up a sachet of peppercorns and bay leaves with this and the broth came out perfectly clear, no floaty bits at all. It’s sturdy enough to rinse and reuse a couple times, which is exactly what I needed for weekly stock duty.

I've been making weekly stock for months and this cheesecloth holds up through multiple strains without shredding, which is exactly what I needed. The weave is tight enough to catch every bit of sediment but still lets the liquid flow through quickly. It's become my go-to for sachets too.
