Switching from fresh onions to this granulated version has been a game changer for weekday dinners—no more chopping and crying. The flavor is just as pungent and deep as I need for quick stir-fries, and the dry form blends seamlessly into sauces without clumping.

I've been adding this to soups and stews for a few weeks now, and the granulated texture blends in smoothly without clumping. It saves me the hassle of chopping fresh onions every time.

The jar seals tightly, so the pungent onion smell stays put in the pantry instead of leaking out. I just sprinkle a pinch into soups and stews, and it dissolves fast without any clumping.
