بهار حب كامل

These whole allspice berries are so fragrant I can smell them through the bag. I added a few to my last batch of poaching liquid for pears and the warm, aromatic depth was perfect.

I tossed a handful into my pickling brine last weekend and the warm, aromatic depth it added was exactly what my recipe was missing. The berries are plump and seem fresher than the ground stuff I used before.

I’ve been using these whole allspice berries in my pickling brine, and they hold their flavor beautifully even after a week. The aroma is warm and robust, just what I wanted for my spicy pepper blend. Only wish the bag had a bit more quantity for the price.
