Zydeco is a combination of Cajun, Blues and Rhythm & Blues music. It's a unique sound and hard to duplicate...just like this spice blend! We love this blend in long cooking dishes like smothered chicken, red beans and rice and soups. It's also a great dry rub for grilled meats. Try it on chicken, thick cut pork chops and even steaks!

The first time I tried this blend in a slow-simmered gumbo, the deep notes of Cajun and R&B flavors came through perfectly. It gave the dish that authentic, hard-to-duplicate taste I’ve been searching for.
