Mullein is a tall plant with woolly leaves, is used in traditional medicine and herbal teas. Its leaves and flowers contain compounds that may have anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties. Mullein tea is often consumed to soothe coughs, colds, and bronchitis. It may also help relieve asthma symptoms. 

Instructions: Steep 1 Tbl for 5-7 minutes. Naturally caffeine free.
